Introduction

screw conveyor for wheat is adopted the ISO1050 standard to design, match the JB81005 profession standard. We use roll over (M1 method) or glide (M2 method) structure in the center mourn bearings. And there is clean equipment in the mouth. The positions arrange vivid inlet point and discharge hole, it has low noise, strong adaptability and convenience operation maintain. Nylon and fluorine ethylene resin are used to seal, so it has small resistance, seal completely and bear to whet.

Working principle

When the gear motor of screw conveyor starts, the screw blade in the case push the material and make the material do axial movement. The material can be discharged at the proper outlet at the bottom of case . Conveyor with simple construction, be able to feed and discharge in many position, it is easy to operate, have good seal capability and environmental friendly. 

Performance and feature

1. Simple structure with U shape casing, good sealing,large capacity, easy operation.

2. Working temperature is -20~50°C, with material temperature below 200°C.
3. Axle head and conveying spiral adopt spline connection, with features of convenient

mounting&diassembling, large load capacity and stability.
4. All sections of screw conveyor are connected with flange. Screw blades are integral connection.
5. Inlet and outlet chutes have many kinds of connections, such as flange, sack, universal joint, etc.
